Our Story
Tala began her professional journey in 2013 as a personal support worker within an aged care setting. Tala has been fortunate enough to progress through various role, including enrolled nurse, registered nurse, funding coordinator, clinical care manager, and general manager in both aged care and the NDIS sector.
With over a decade of experience in the health sector and the invaluable personal experience raising her children, Tala has felt a strong calling to further her passion for community service. This led to the establishment of IntenseCare in January 2024, where IntenseCare team provide dedicated disability services.
